The Brain/Spook  and of course

You crack me up bringing up the exact name of all those wacky characters in 'Top Cat'. 
  On the other hand, it's good to remember them exactly if you really seriously want to dig, because apparently there is  real life analogy in all those characters to contemporary politicians and other media types of the 1950's and 60's, who Hanna and Barbera wished to satire. I'm not sure exactly who they were, but definitely all the pre Flintstones Hanna and Barbera characters depicted them, like Quick Draw and Huckleberry hound, Doggie daddy etc., depicting real life people. 
   After that, they were solely in it for the money..
"Mr. Clean" was Ike, most of us know that.
