Sopranos Finale?
Who else besides me considered it a waste of an hour of their life?
I sat there staring... come on... give me SOMETHING....
After all the years of being deciated to this how- the last season seems to have been written by a bunch of children- not the talented people who wrote the other years.
So very disappointing.... and for those who keep saying there will be a movie- remember how that turned out for our Sex In The City sisters?
I want my hour of breathing back!

money makes the world go booom...
WE have aright to be disappointed , but that is all part of the plan, dont give me any of this dream sequence stuff, maybe maybe not , but your not gonna get all your anwers until they make a movie. And they will maybe in the next four years or maybe 20 yrs form now. SOmebody will try to make money off this series. Look at star wars, charlie angels in kojack come back. Not to mention Die HArder. I was diappointed with the ending but figure that is the seet-up for the big payday. Whose gonna not watch the movie if they made on?

I think David Chase is the most hated man in America right now. Everything that's happened in all of season 6 could have happened in 4 episodes of seasons 4 or 5. Tonight's poor excuse of a finale made me make 2 choices:
1. I've canceled HBO and will never have it again
2. I'll never watch or read ANYTHING else remotely related to David Chase. Ever.
We were all royally screwed.

i think of it replaced into entertainment genius! what proportion situations have you ever watched an episode and it replaced right into somewhat boring-then right here week replaced into marvelous? The sequence has consistently mimicked genuine life-no count how enormous or small that is subject concerns, that's the textile of life that we cope with widely used. of direction all of us expected there to be a great blood tub-and my heart replaced into in my throat-yet why might they provide that to us?whilst the black show screen got here up I, too, thought the cable replaced into out. After questioning approximately it for the previous twelve hours-minus sleep, of direction, There are numerous opportunities of what got here approximately-it replaced into fullyyt left as much as the viewer. My take replaced into that all people the subject concerns in Tony's life have vanished, and now the kinfolk would proceed. not extra concerns with Christopher, Uncle Jr. does not even comprehend him anymore, his mom is lifeless, Phil is lifeless, AJ would substitute into his next protege, and Carmella is turning out to be effectual in her own challenge. all people different than Bobby remains alive and able to kick. certainly one of the different poters right here is absulutely superb-Season Finale does not recommend sequence finale-basically bear in mind all the earnings negotiations with the actors. a action picture is definitely probable, and verify out to be honest-womever places the soundtracks at the same time for the sequence is basically as plenty a genius because of the fact the instruct's author.

^^^^^^what the heck^^^^
I know why it was so lame, because everyone was expecting a big ending, the restaurant to blow up, the guy going to the bathroom to start shooting, or something. I really though AJ's new BMW was going to blow up.
I think they are leaving it open for a movie, but I think 8 years was long enough and the whole family should have been killed. But hey, I like violence. This whole episode was just really boring to me.

The laast episode [at least in the Diner because he wouldn't take his family to a Diner and make them vulnerable after Phil got killed and the revenge expected] was a dream of tony's then he died in bed from the episode before it that it was an extention from. Too long to explain, but the onion rings were placed in all three mouths WHOLE in the same exact fashion as last communion wafers before they died, or before Tony died. He also imagined Meadow's parking problem so as to delay her from the massacre because she was his favorite. It was all from Tony's perspective. The clues are all there, including the "Dream" song that was playing when he entered the Diner... and the other symbolistic songs he played on the Juke box. and the 2 black guys walking in WERE in Tony's imagination as the same one's who tried to kill him [though one of them HE killed instead, way back] but he imagined them there too as coming back to haunt him & finish the job! [btw, The guy in bathroom didn't have to hide a gun as in Godfather, b/cuz they frisked pacino in GF, but not here in Diner]. Watch it again closely. It's all there.

Ok Tony died....bobby says " i bet you dont even hear it" means tony doesnt know he just goes out bc he is shot...meadow failed parking twice are the two failed attempts on tonys life...then the last successful parking show tony dies......the people in the diner are all from past episode like the kids from the train place where bobby got shot...and the black peole who almost clipped tony...it all connects....its ****** genius....tonys died

I agree. I was so pissed. Yeah I get the whole, "you die and everything goes black thing," but I expected better. I wanted closure, not questions. They left so many loose ends. I guess when there is a huge build up there will be a let down, but this was crap.

I thought it was absolute genius!
For those of you unimaginative people-If you were looking for blood, gore and action-You may want to click your remote to CNN.
Maybe we'll get lucky in '09 and convince George Bush to write for HBO. You may get the finale you're looking for...........

Mommyk232, Are you being harsh? I mean if Tony died, it would have been as though a piece of us is gone. He seems to be a man who happens to be in the Mob, not necessarily defined by it based upon the family dynamic. Not a stereotypical psychopath.
