Chrysler pacifica "service required" light how to reset?
I changed the oil at mr lube and they didn't know how to reset this light. What is the procedure to reset the "service required"
message? Thanks!

press your step button until it shows zero miles to service. after that comes up hold the reset button down until it shows 3,000mi to service. that should be it.

If you have an EVIC then you have the buttons to reset it. They are directly to the right of the instrument cluster, above the radio and heater controls. You need to use the step button until the XXXX miles to service shows up and then hold the reset button.

First thing, is check the owners manual. Next, go to Auto Zone for a free diagnositic computer hook up to see if there is more than needing an oil change..such as sensor problem. They can clear the codes.

my honda has a service light that comes on,and go to the owners manual,and it will tell you .it''s a simple thing.mine is hold the odometer reset and turn the hey on.and it will go off... just check the owner's manual,and go through the simple process

try contacting the dealer.And next time inquire at the cheap oil change place before letting them service your car.You could also buy a service manual and look it up.
