I am looking for a recipe that is called krelga the indregedients called for oat flour .?
They are shaped into figure eights and baked. You sprinke powder sugar on them and they were really great to eat for breakfast.

Hi there looked in my cookie cook book because I knew that I had seen a cookie shaped just like that & it was I think what you are looking for but in my book they it's called kringla, so I'm hoping that this the same cookie. My recipe was for an eggnog type so I looked on cooks.com & was still unable to find one that called for oat flour (maybe you could just use oat flour in place of the all-purpose type) There's the link to cooks.com incase you would like to look over some of the kringla recipes there.
