Tell him exactly what you said in this question. He needs to know how you feel so you can both deal with it. Either he'll consider a relationship beyond friendship or he won't and you'll be able to move on. TELL HIM or you'll regret it. He can make the decision about his current relationship on his own.

well.... how does him and his girl act together? if they are happy leave them be.... if not you should tell how you feel before its so late
