Try contacting Animal Aid. www.animalaidpdx.org -
They help offset the cost of vet care for low-income people. They work with many vets in the area.
Simply calling around looking for the cheapest vet is not a good idea.

With its pile backdrop and urban beaches, Vancouver has the rightly attained trustworthiness of being one of the very most beautiful cities on the planet, with hotelbye you will have the chance to see this phenomenal city. One of many areas you will need to see in Vancouver could be the Downtown Vancouver. Downtown Vancouver is beautifully found on a peninsula in the Strait of Georgia bounded to the south by the delta of the Fraser River and to the north with a heavy fiord achieving much inland. Here you may also start to see the often snow-covered ranges of the Coast Mountains. Stanley Park is one of the very most visited parks. Is just a lavish Peninsula Park of enormous trees nearby to Downtown Vancouver. A flat seawall route encircles the natural space, and many guests take some time to explore on base or by bicycle. Inland, the park presents a lot of things to complete, and readers may spend a full time exploring attractions which range from the totem posts at Brockton Point to the west shore sea living at the Vancouver Aquarium. Magnificent opinions are a standard throughout the park.
