How do I become a Supervisor or Team Leader at Cedar Point?
I currently work as an outside games host. I heard "blue tags" earn commission, verified by one of my sups. I heard I shouldn't ask about it. So i decided to get the Yahoo community to help me.

The sales levels are so crazily high for the commission to trigger that few ever get there. I was an Arcades Team Leader and all I can tell you is to put your head down and work. Be friendly to guests, socialize with your TLs and let your TL, sup and Brad (I believe he is your manager) know that you are interested in advancing.
When I worked there TLs got 10 cents more per hour, of course it was nearly impossible for us to work off points because there weren't any extra shifts for us, and none of us called off.
I worked there once as a 15 year old then went back when I was 19. I worked at every arcade and I let my manager Sam Bryan Jr know that I could work anywhere. About the only thing I didn't do was work as a breaker. By your actions let people know that you are honest and hard working. You may not be promoted this year but you may next year as you will have an entire season under your belt. If you can work bonus weekends you make yourself more valuable than most of the college kids.
