Me and my boyfriend are on a break..?

we did see a lot of each other and arguements were occurring more frequently. i know it is the right thing to do but how do i stop myself feeling so upset and a bit annoyed with him. I have an exam next week and i can't concentrate to study!

Nothings final yet.Your on a break so that you can see if you still have a future together, a chance , so for now put it to the back of your mind and focus on it after your exams when you are more relaxed and down to earth.

You have plenty of time to think it over and your upset because for now it is a big change in your life.

For now try to remember that this exams now and if you ace it youll feel like you can do anything and feel proud of yourself, where as boyfriends and love will be around for the rest of your life so you have all the time in the world to figure out what you want. Use the fact you are upset to spur your studies.Get angry at yourself for being upset at the time of your exam, it will overpower you and send you in overdrive to cram in as much as you can.

All you can do to cheer yourself up is realise that youve got your whole life ahead of you to love, hate, hurt and dreams etc but this exam is now and now only.

Hey if that doesnt help the only thing I can advise is eat lots of chocolate and drink lots of hot chocolate too.

Always works for me and my friends.

    good luck and chin up

Well...if it was me on your situation then i would take advantage of the situation and be selfish, you know...take time to myself, and do what I wouldn't be able to do when my boyfriend is around... Like take a nice bath and use creams, and wax,and put make up just to go down to the super-market....enjoy myself as much as possible...and then with a clear head i would study....and after the exam think about the relationship again... by the way....wen you take time to yourself...don't forget to turn your mobile off, lock the door, pull the cur-tins...and forget about the world!!!

I personally don't know when the idea of having a "break" from a relationship came to be. Either you are in one or you aren't. That whole concept is stupid to me...

I'm with eat fish on this one. The whole "on a break" concept is stupid. You've either split or you're still together. I'd suggest you move on.

Try to spend a day just focusing on yourself. Try to make it more like a girls day....friends help at times like this because they help you focus on yourself. It may be hard but just try to distract yourself from your bf.

Eat Fish is correct--pi$$ or get off the pot i say! Having a break, tsktsk, i ask you.

Remember its ONLY a break from it. That means its NOT over.

gotta agree with eatfish too, people get too intense too young, need to have funtimes first
