How many times will Johnny Miller mention his Oakmont win/63 final round during Sat. and Sun. telecast?

Normally Miller talks about his US Open win at least 4-6 times during the weekend US Open telecast. Now that they are actually playing on the course (Oakmont) that he won on in '73 will the mentions of that win (and his 63) double?

I will keep a tally of Miller mentioning his (a) US Open win and (b) 63 on Sunday during Saturday and Sunday's telecast.

Update:

A new metion will be counted after five minutes go buy in which Oakmont 73 is not discussed.

So if 73 Oakmont is discussed and they talk about it for 5 minutes, it only counts as one mention.

I am going a dozen for the US open and 6 for the Sunday 63.

How many highligh clips for his win at Oakmont are they going to show?

I am going to guess 14 times for the US Open win and 8 times for the 63 on Sunday.

Hopefully, the "guys in the truck" will tell him to keep it to a minimum.

Not like that would keep him from talking about it though!!!

I'm guessing that on SUnday the number will be much higher, around 13 times...on Saturday should be around 7 times for a total of 20...That is the over/under.

Thursday and Friday should be (on NBC's two hours each day) 3 on Thursday and 2 on Friday.

Source(s): the fact thatI shot 63 at Oakmont, for 6 holes...LOL

During the two days, he will mention his win 25-times!

Every time a player is in the rough, in the bunker, etc . . . , Johnny will mention how he played that shot in '73.
