Just The Two of Us -- Grover Washington was a very respected Jazz saxophone player who died of a heart attack in 1999. Bill Withers is a songwriter and vocalist responsible for songs like "Lean On Me" and "Ain't No Sunshine." Withers sang lead on this, but it was credited to Washington and appeared on his album.

You Are My Lady -- Freddie Jackson

"Just the Two Of Us" is probably Grover Washington, Jr. & Bill Withers, which won a grammy for Best Rhythm and Blues Song in 1981 (http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0150591.html). (Al Green also sings it for that time frame. Depends on who's version you're listening to.) "You Are My Lady" is Freddie Jackson, who was nominated (but didn't win) for Best Rhythm and Blues male singer in 1986.(http://www.rockonthenet.com/grammy/randbmale.htm)
