Where was The REV Al Sharpton When the Virginia tech shootings?, At it again With Paris Hilton?

I found him entertaining, actually funny when he was trying to run for President the during the last election. He humors me no more.

For the life of me I cannot understand why he, and Jessie Jackson dare put the title "Reverand" before their name. I feel such hate and predjudism from them.....they enjoy the conflicts, unfortunatley I believe if they took away thier ego, and looked good and hard at themselves, they can take a great deal of the blame.

I am a caucasion woman, why does it matter? I truely believe in equality. What about men and women? Just recently did I dig in to the entire story of Rosa Parks,....little did I know she preceeded one of History's greatest people, one person who had "A DREAM"....."PEACE". The REVERAND Martin Luther King truely deserved his title. He was a messenger from God, for all people,...... and I'm sure would be quite ashamed , and dissapointred in "Al", and "Jessie" who seem to to thrive on just the opposite of what he was trying to achieve in his short life.

As Christians, do we not all pray "The Our Father"? The most meaningful line to me of any prayer is in that, which I quote,...."Forgive those who trespass against us." I grew away from my church, but never from the God, who I pray to very often, and his son Jesus Christ, who died for our sins, ..."Forgive them Father for they do not know what they do." .... He forgave even the men who hung him on the cross!!

Yet "Al" will not forgive the man," IMUS," who I believe was sincerely sorry for saying an innapropriate blunder on his "Live" radio program. Mr. Sharpton wanted him fired!! He was. Did he feel he needed to ruin a man ? If his boss is God, is Mr. Sharpton fired for being vindictive, or Mr. Jackson, for committing adultery and having a child out of wedlock?

(The girls forgave him!! I am not even a fan of Mr. Imus, but have much respect for his true remorse, and sincere apology. )

Got a little off track,...., just like "Al", and "Jessie" do when their ego responds to the limelight.

First let me say that their are 15,000 students at that particular university, 4,000 in the dorm, and 11,000 who reside off campus. Virginia Tech yesterday had a Press conference on Fox News, and one of the Authorities (there were 3), and I don't know his title said that they do have a security system, through email, and other technical means. However the time that the incidents occurred, was in the A.M. when the students were commuting. When they did arrive they felt that it was best to lock down when they did arrive. Truthfully at the time of the news conference they were still doing the investigation of the witnesses, and they did not have all the answers yet. That said, I believe they should have metal detectors as they do at the airports, and I.D. cards (ones that can not be counterfeited), as they are planning to do with Passports in the United States. Secondly when an incident does occur they should have a loud siren like they do in Israel, and other countries during war time alerting people to go into their shelters. That wll alert the ones who are commuting. For the ones that dorm they should have a PA system installed. These are the only measures that I can think of, aside from strickter gun control laws. Truth to tell, it is unfortunate but whatever measures are installed it seems that when a deranged person, or a terrotist is determined to harm people unfortunately they always find a way to work around any security system that is installed. It is like a no win situation, but we have to do what we have to do no matter what. G-d should help those families, to be able to overcome the tragedy of losing a chlld.

The supposed Reverend Al will appear whenever and wherever he thinks he can shake some white people down for a few bucks. I have to admit though, he is amusing!

The Rev was in NY when the shootings happened. Since this tragedy did not include blacks and no money could be made from this he stayed home.

I think to some extent he wants to help, but he has gotten use to the media and he likes all that attention.

Because they are all for show and VT was serious and they probably have no clue what they really think and believe.
