What was the lowest total pitches thrown by the winning and losing pitchers in a major league baseball game?

I remember a game in which the total was three, one for the winning pitcher who threw a double play ball to end the top of the ninth inning, and two by the loser, who gave up a single and a home run to start the bottom of the ninth. Has there ever been a game where each only threw one pitch?

I'm not sure of an exact game but I'm sure it happened. I remember one game last season where Scott Eyre came on for the Cubs in relief. He picked a guy off first to end an inning and the Cubs scored in the next half inning. Needless to say Eyre got the win without throwing a single pitch.

There has probably a lot a pitchers that have come into the ninth to pitch and he gives up a game losing hit on one or two pitches, but I dont think they kept pitch totals.
