does anyone no how to get the special decals on forza ive seen them on the cars in the actions you can get gears of war ones and red bull buls but i cant seem to find out how 2 get em????

You probably should check www.gamefaqs.com They have all the cheats, walkthroughs, maps, and hints as well as message boards for EVERY game ever made. Check it out Hope this helps!

Erm... I can't be sure (since I can't see the cars), but I imagine those are [some incredibly talented] people using the in-game 'livery editor' to custom paint their cars; it's kinda like MS Paint, you can put what you want on your car and if you're good, it's a very, very cool feature.
I've seen some incredibly good Halo 3 ones done.
