any referrals for a good tattoo shop or artist in southern california that specializes in what i want?
i have some ideas for a beach type scene and koi fish scene for my upper arm half sleeve, maybe in a japanese style. i would need the artist to draw something up and then do the tat. i don't want to just walk in to a random shop and try to have someone do it. this is my first tattoo and i want to feel comfortable having a quality artist do it. i appreciate any help-thanks

American Beauty Tattoo in Sunset Beach (on Pacific Coast Highway) is great. all the artists are amazing but Skully is the best. he's done all my tattoos and he is fantastic at drawing custom designs. he's fast and reasonably priced and has won awards at tattoo conventions all over the country. I highly highly recommend him; I won't let anyone else tattoo me!

I would trust my skin to Walt Daily Jr. of Tiger Tatoo in spokane washington. But since I moved to So Cal I haven't realy found anyone I trust,, Too many shops popped up overnight a few years back,, Sorry I can't recomend anyone Localy.
