How can I make myself dizzy?

I enjoy feeling dizzy. I used to smoke a lot of weed and it was fun....till I went a touch mental. I wanna know if there is any fairly passive way of making myself dizzy without doing my body any harm. I'm not gonna spin round in circles.

    Spend time on amusement park rides. If you want, go on the rides that spin you around alot and have fun. Rollercoasters too.

    feelind "dizzy" is usually a sign from your body to slow down or stop what you are doing. Liking the feeling of being "dizzy" can lead to your unawareness of your body and could cause damage to your self. I would suggest finding something else you enjoy running, reading, painting or what not...If you continue to have this need I would talk to you doctor about your addiction to weed and dizziness.

    Go to the park and get someone to spin you around on the the ride that spins like a carosel. It makes you way more dizzy than just spinning. You will be fall'en and can't get up.

    Ummm. Try dangling your head over the edge of your bed for a few minutes then sit up quick. Its a rush. Otherwise.... not that I can think of if you don't want to spin around in circles..

    get up really fast after lying down, blow up some balloons, stare at a lake or ocean's rippling water.

    Congrats on realizing that you were harming your body and you made a decision to stop. That, I'm sure, was a difficult process. Try to now seek assistance so you won't crave this sensation as much. :)

    we use to do "pass out" as kids. Someone would press on your neck as you leaned back against the wall. You'd feel faint, a little dizzy and they'd let go of your neck before you fully passed out. We were stupid kids then and it wasn't the brightest way of passing the time. haha

    Run a really hot bath and then put your head under the water for a bit and then stand up real fast. But be careful you don't fall and hit your head.

    Hold your breath and push REALLY HARD (almost like being on the toilet, but confine the feeling to your upper body just in case!!).

    My little sister and I used to do this. But be warned, I used to pass out regularly - and she burst all the blood vessels in her face.
