What would you do? Overheard at work...?
I sit outside my department executives office. Today he was speaking with someone who has worked with us for 8 months. I overheard him say that he told "so and so" the only two people he cares about making happy are her and someone from our remote offices.
I think that is very disrespectful to the rest of us (21 ppl)- I have been there 5+ years and am in the same level of management as she. The executive has been there for a year. I have always had great reviews.
Should I say/do anything about what I heard? I think he should at least close his door if he is going to say those things. I was ready to walk in on them and call him out.

Remember to always keep things in their proper context. If you did indeed hear the whole conversation, then keep his remarks within the boundries of that particular conversation. What was the original statement? Was he attempting to appease the person to whom he was talking? All of these things play a role in why he said what he said.
Whatever you do, don't share this with anyone else within the office. Things like this have the tendancy to work their way back. On a positive note, you now know how he REALLY feels. Just keep a mental note for future reference.

I was once as soon as status in that overcrowded bus with that sizzling babe status subsequent to me and speaking to her boyfriend on speakerphone :). He requested her if she will "manage him?". She stated "Shish" and started rubbing in opposition to my ****. She later advised him that he has a small **** and that she simply positioned him on speaker mobilephone in order that the entire bus can listen it. It was once a fine bus journey!

Yes, you should tell him he should close his door when he's having these conversations. Then he will know that you know.
