Polish Food?

While I was in Pittsburgh I tried this Polish food, which I can't remember the name of. They're like folded pancakes with fillings (not like american breakfast pancakes, more like UK Shrove Tuesday pancakes. Actually, more like Crispy Pancakes without the breadcrumbs). Does anybody know the name of them?

Blini. Thicker than a crepe. Thinner than an American pancake. Great wrapped around smoked salmon and sour cream. Often made with buckwheat flour as well as regular flour. Batter is made with yeast and allowed to rise.

    Nalesniki :)

That's what pancakes are called in Polish and yes, they are rather thin and often served fried.

    Blini aren't Polish, it's a Russian dish.
