in this particular song, Emily is better. Emily's voice is pretty, but Miley's voice is more like the "get up and dance" voices.

Miley is such a better singer ive met her through my cousin Ashley Tisdale ok and shes a great friend of mine

I can barely hear her really, but to me her voice seems more young and immature[not in a bad way]. She just sounds more like a kid. It also sounds like Miley has more voice training. Just my opinion though, and I am not a pro.
