I have a problem with my Interviews...................
I am looking for good job in telecom intustries...like inbound or out bound
The actual problem if i get a call from any consultant or direct office i can answer very well through my hand phone...and the problem is when i directly attend the interview face to face.....I can't answer them properly like espeacial in when they ask me to explain about myself.........
Please help me how to solve this problem???? How to explain that question.................

They say the only way out of it is THROUGH it, so you'll need to face this head on. This is a difficult thing for many people, so take comfort in knowing you are not alone.
What to do? Practice, practice, practice. Role play with a friend, have THEM be the interviewer. Have them ask you these questions, and mix it up. Then, YOU be the interviewer, and try and see what it feels like to ask the question (and how it feels to receive the answer.)
Once you go over it a number of times, you will naturally become more comfortable. And remember, LESS IS MORE. Don't talk TOO MUCH. Don't talk too little. Answer the questions directly, look the person in the eye. Smile, and BREATHE. Deep, relaxing breaths.
You'll do fine.

Go buy a book on interviewing skills or do a search on typical interviewing questions. Write out your answers and practice all your answers at home, over and over again. You might want to record yourself in order to hear/see yourself.
