On my Nissan Titan there is a warning light to tell when a tire pressure is low.?

I've checked and re checked, but the pressures are set correctly, and the warning light stays on. Has anyone had this problem, and how do you get it to turn off ?

Make sure all the metal valve stems are on the ground. The spaire tire has a rubber valve stem. Radio signals from the air pressure senders in the wheels are sent to an antennia and if the tires are over 29 psi the light will go out. SET TIRES cold to pressures indicated on the door jamb or owners manual. If the metal stem is under the truck on a flat there's your sign! If you have to replace a sender unit in a rim you will have to go to the dealership so they can be reintroduced to the truck. And some times the battery in the sender fails or some one sprays in fix a flat cloggs the TPMS (tire pressure monotor system) sender and it sets a TPMS code

Go to Nissan. They should be able to fix-it for you. If there's no aftermarket fix either, then they should establish one. Otherwise you'll be left with constant complaint. Constant complaint often times will have resolve of some form. People don't like to use broken things especially when its that valuable to them. If not, tell Nissan Company politely this technology should be examined because it failed at only 22K miles. Not something to be put in a car if failing that easy. More and more electronics are placed in automobiles that fail often. There are lots of problems in products that computer systems right now are diagnosing. More and more companies are utilizing websites for you to enter (log) problems with products. When you buy something new (product not food), what do you expect? For it to last you at least some time. Some products are used immediately and thrown away. Depends on the product. Most Products don't fail on you. In America there is warranty offered by the Manufacturer.
