Trying to coverup a coverup tattoo, which looks better?

I had a friend cover up a tattoo for me a couple years ago, and it ended up looking absolutely horrible. I'm trying to design something to make it look a little better and would like some opinions on these ideas I came up with.

I'm not sure how to link directly to it, so I'll just do it this way...

The one on the right. I like the wings on it, it looks bold but not like your covering anything, Just make sure that the new tattoo fits you, don't just pick it because you don't like the old one.

I say adding the wings to it makes it look better than trying to add another color behind the black... just my opinion. You could also try doing both for maximum cover up effect.

Honestly, I consider your bunny tatts are beautiful cool. Why do you get worn out of dressed in them ? For bigger or worse, the ones bunnies are aspect of you currently, so that you have got to are living with them. Dump the make-up.
