Read them over and over, and make new notes. If you have verbs to memorize, try to use them in speech tonight. I also use a program Audacity, to read my notes aloud in and then transfer them to mp3 format. This way you can listen to them in your ipod. Best of luck on your exams.

Studying abroad means going over seas to study.. not studying a lot of stuff.

I would say going on here asking to study would be a bad start. If you want to memorize it start going over it, repeatedly. Try to come up with clever ways of relating to the words. When I memorized spanish I often tried to relate the words to their english counterparts (works for good number). You could also try writing sentences with the words if you have time.

When I have a lot to memorize at once, I make up some kind of silly story that doesn't even make sense, but if you make it unique enough, you'll remember it! For example, I had to remember that the order of the Civil War battles- bull run, antietam, gettysburg, vicksburg... so I made up a story about a bull, who was wearing a tie, and he ate 2 burgers... and to remember the "turning points" of the war, gettysburg & vicksburg, I thought of burgers, being flipped, or turned. It only works if you make it up for yourself, not if someone else makes it up for you haha You can also make "mnemonic devices" where you make a word out of the 1st letter of the things you need to remember.

I always study by writing what I am reading or at least taking notes of important points..Then I read them. It is really helpful. Besides you may relate the words with something sounding similar to it, so they may come in your mind...As an example if it the word is homme (I think it means man in French) relate it with home..so you may remember it..

The best way is to go to sleep as soon as possible and wake up as soon as possible, you want to study after you sleep, but before the test. This is because when you sleep, you'll forget most of what you crammed, but if you wake up and study in the morning it will be fresh on your mind.

Maybe you should get off of "answers" for a couple of hours and do a big swat.

You can always come back after your exam.

    Good luck.
