    I don't have one myself, but an interesting one I heard is "Chew Tobacca" (that's 'chew tobacco' with a southern accent).

    Started off as little Johnny in E Tn. bout a hundred years ago seems like Then Indian John forever after that plus some unique ones as I was leaving the room
