Anyone remember that kids show about 4-5 years ago about a superhero...?

Alright, as far as I remember, it was about a superhero, but he wasn't really super. It was one of those shows where they superhero is more of a joke, and doesn't really save people. Anywho, the only scene I remember was from the first episode (I'm pretty sure it was the first episode) and there's a kid falling down a building and the superhero saves him by using a detatchable thumb that comes out of his belt buckle. If you can't tell by the description it looked oddly enough like a penis, and that's why I thought it was so funny being on a kids' show. Sorry that's not much info to go on, but IIRC it was on the FoxBox/Fox Kids/4 Kids TV (don't remember what it was called at the time). If anyone remembers the name of this show, plz answer. The show only had a few episodes before it was cancelled, so I wouldn't be surprised if no one remembers it.

Nah it's not Inspector Gadget or Captain Planet. It's way less popular than those. I'm talking it was on for maybe a month tops before they pulled the plug on it.

It wasn't The Tick either. Although the show did remind me of The tick. That was a great show.

It sounds like it could very well be Inspector Gadget, but I thought that ran longer than a few episodes....  

I think I could be completely off here (I don't recall any cartoon scene like the one you described), but when you said it was a joke superhero, it made me think of The Tick.   That show was a spoof on superheros about a dude in a blue skintight outfit and his sidekick, Arthur, who is a moth.  It was friggin hilarious, but it didn't last real long.
