iTunes issues...?

I had iTunes on one computer but it crashed. I have a new computer [mac] and I want all my songs on my new computer in the new iTunes library. the songs are still on my iPod cause I haven't updated it lately. Is there a way to get my library on the new computer straight from my iPod or account? Because iTunes on the old computer is pretty much gone. Like my comp seriously died. So...help!!

    You should be able to plug your iPod into you computer then Go to >File>Import and import your songs into iTunes.
