.I want to tone arms I have bone spurs and arthritis in shoulder. What would be a good exercise?

    isolate your arm from your shoulder so that you have little or no movement to aggravate your arthritis

    preacher curls are good--using a stand that is at a slant and isolates your arms

    you can use the stand for your wrist and forearms too

    partial press downs using a cable system would work for your triceps--don't let the weights go down all the way

    IT'S NOT A GOOD IDEA TO EXERCISE WHEN YOU FEEL THIS WAY,WAIT UNTIL YOU FEEL BETTER ,IT'S NOT WORTH THE RISK OF MAKING YOURSELF MORE ILL.
