Ownership change - Fantasy Baseball?

We have an owner that got nuts, got locked down, and now that he has cooled off, he realizes he was wrong and doesn't really have the time needed to devote to be competitive in our league.

There is a guy in another one of my leagues that would love to take over his team. My question is: What is the process we have to go through to make the change happen? I know it is possible, I went through it nine seasons ago. But I cannot remember for the life of me what has to occur from A to Z. Do you simply have to change over the e-mail address to the assuming owners e-mail address so they can access and manage the team? I looked at the "Edit Team Info" section and that seems to be all that may be needed?

1st one to give me a solid answer that works gets the 10 points. Thanks peeps!!
