Motorola V3i RAZR personalization problems?

I just got a new Motorola V3i RAZR from Cingular, and everything is great except for the personalization part. When I go to "Settings" on the main menu, and then under "personalize" i go to "wallpaper"I can only select pictures taken with the phone's built in camera. So, in other words there are NO graphic wallpapers already on my phone. When I go to edit an address entry, and I select "Picture" (for picture identification) I am supposed to select a picture I took with my built in camera, but instead there are all the wallpapers, I was looking for as mentioned earlier! This is frustrating! The wallpaper, and address book picture id, and reversed, and I have NO idea what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    I HAVE THE SAME PHONE!, GO 2 THE MENU IN THE PERSONALIZE SECTION THEN HIT SWICH STORAGE DEVICE, THEN IT WILL GO 2 UR ON PHONE GRAPHICS!
