Bologna- what is your choice of topping (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc) & what part of the country are you from?

It's ketchup for this midwesterner

I usually like Ham sandwiches. But, every once in awhile I crave a bologna sandwich. I call it a poor man's BLT because it is Fried Bologna Lettuce and Tomato with Mayonnaise and toasted bread.

I also like to take thick cut Bologna and cut it up and fry it with onions and green peppers and garlic salt.

I live in New Mexico but was raised in Texas.

I Like to fry my Bologna and top it with a slice of onion,mustard and a little garlic salt and make it into a sandwich.I am from NC in the USA

Ok this is weird, but I like to fry it and have it with pancake syrup....lol, but if I eat it not fried I have cheese and mayo.....but I very rarely eat bologna any more and I'm from New York (Brooklyn) but I live in Maryland now.

I live near Waldo, Ohio. G&R bar -a family eatery is known for their thick sliced,spiced bologna sandwiches. They taste great with mustard and sweet pickles. I think you can order it off the internet. Yum...

Ketchup or mayo. Not both together. Which I choose kinda depends on the texture of the bread and my mood. Pacific northwest, USA.

Mayo and a little mustard. California.

I dislike bologna intensely. I'm from southern Ohio.

Mayo, Lettuce and onion! Yum! I haven't had one of those in a long time!

I like it with a slice of provolone and mustard on wheat :-) I'm from Michigan.
