Does anyone remember watching the show called Wishbone?

aaaaaaaaaaah omg i loved that show and that little dog. and ya he like "went into books" to explore them and teach little kids about them. i remember the tom sawyer and huckleberry fin one and Dr. jackal and Mr. Hyde one too. lol and here i thought i was the only one who remembered that show!!

Oh yeah! That's the one with the Jack Russel terrier named wishbone playing the lead. Cute show, wish it was still on PBS. There is a website for the show here:

wishbone was a TV show based ona series of books about a dog named Wishbone who went on adventures into the past or popualr stories . It was awsome and shouldnt have ben takin off the air . you cant probably find it on DVD or for download . Somwhere if not contact the station taht aired it and ask for copies of the tapes . if they dont have them conatc the company affiated w/ it that made the show. One way or another youll find it . Dont give up . Ive had to do this w/ many hard to find series Such as "jump raddle and roll" , sebert , Foofoo, the bluffers , ranma1/2, bobobobobobobobo, dr.katz , sifl and olly .. and others .. youll find it!

I use to watch Wishbone like every day! My favorite episode was the one based on Phantom of the Opera! Great show! Adorable dog! What's not to love?

Oh and by the way it still comes on every once in a while in the afternoons!

I remember that show! I used to watch it all the time before dinner when I was little. I really remember the neighbor lady who had that weird obsession with the pink flimingos in her yard.
