Roaming in a US Territory?

I am currently in Puerto Rico and was wondering if I would be charged for roaming here. My plan consists of no long distance or roaming charges and Cingular is supported in Puerto Rico. I'm just wondering if I can make calls without having some hidden charges everywhere.

    Depends on the phone company, most US companies consider Puerto Rico as international.
