why do my friend yahoo message bounce alot of time when someone answer and my mine do not how do I make it bounce often not just one time

It bounces to notify you that there was a change in the program since you last maximized it. Some programs are set to constantly notify you, and others aren't. Try looking under the notification settings to see if there is a way to change when and how often it bounces in the dock.
Also, there may be a setting for a noise to play every time you get a message.
