Harry Saxon's (aka The Master) missus?

Considering that the Rani always had a great disdain for the Master, I kind of doubt that she would become so deeply involved in one of his schemes. Unless, of course, the scheme was actually hers all along, and it was the Master who had been drawn into it (as in "Mark of the Rani" for instance).

Mind you there have been cases of regeneration changing a Time Lord's personality, so that they become mad or evil as well (e.g. Borussa in "The Five Doctors"), so maybe the Rani would be more willing to get involved in the Master's plans after regeneration. Taking that concept to its logical conclusion though, it could mean the Lucy is actually any female Time Lord - so its possible she could be Lady Flavia, Romana or even Susan.

Then again she might not be a Time Lord at all, but simply somebody the Master has hypnotised. I suppose we'll find out on Saturday.

She could be any female Time Lord if the 'Camelion arch' was used on her she wouldn't know she was one.

She could just be another type of alien or a human all along.

In Utopia the boy says something like, the place they are going to has skies filled with diamonds...and saxon's wife is called lucy ('Lucy in the sky with diamonds' coincidence?)

I must admit, it never occurred to me that she could be a Time Lord. But now that you've brought it up, it does make sense.

If she is a Time Lord, it's probably the Rani.

the poor woman is someone im using at the moment, human females are so easy, time for a face change i think.
