Pregnant pond fish?

We have an outdoor pond and pregnant goldfish. We also have 3 tadpoles. What do we do when the babies start coming? Are the rocks in the pond sufficient enough for them to hide from being eaten. Do I need to scoop out as many babies and seperate them because I'll never be able to catch the tads to get them out? HELP!! Please and Thank You.

yeah it would be best if yiou seperated the fish so you can save as many as possible. i would recommend using the pond water in the 10gallon tank or whatevr you use with plenty of cover for them to hide in andyou will want to buy baby fish food or you can take regular goldfish flakes and put them in a baggie and crush it up as fine as possible almost to a powder and feed them that

good luck on your new babies

Yes........You will need to get the babies out of the pond......Frogs will eat them. All you need is like a regular tank or a 10 gallon tank to keep them in. you need pebbles at the bottom and you need rocks......They like to hide. What ever you are feeding the goldfish is what you need to feed the baby fish but like you need to make the food smaller like crush it up a little bit for them....trust me on this i have had soooo many babys in my fish tank and i still have 2 pregnant ones too. If u need anymore help then just e-mail me !!
