The defendents were forced to spend huge amounts of money and time defending themselves. Why does our legal system allow this to happen? What can be done to stop it? Have any of you been forced to spend months and lots of money defending yourself in a frivolous lawsuit? I have and I think our justice system needs to be changed to prevent this.

The plaintiff is a snake that would try to find any way he can to appeal, overturn, and harass the dry cleaners.
The judge had to give an airtight ruling.

Our legal system allows is because the guy who brought the suit had an actual legal question that needed to be answered. The question was regarding a sign placed in the window that read "satisfaction guaranteed." The Court had to decide if what the plaintiff went thru was covered by that sign.
