Where can I find a 1-night stargazing/astronomy clinic in MA or NH area?

I'm looking for a place where they actually let you peer through the telescopes. I would think some (actual working) observatories would offer this... but I am not familiar with any. I'm trying to organize a small group event for about 10 people.

Contact some of the local sky watch clubs for ideas. They usually have get togethers each month and may host your group. Check the link below for a group nearest you.

Observatories also offer viewing to the public on certain nights.

You can generally find amatuer astronomical societies all over the country.

Just Google in "astronomical society" or "astronomy club" and you're bound to run down an organization near you.
