To me you got a rating of about an 8. It;s hard to tell exactly because it depends on the scoring system you got in place.
Here's an evaluation of your team by position:
QB-(A+) Palmer and Vick are two of the top 5 or 6 QBs for fantasy football.
WR-(B+) Johnson and Driver are two of the top scorers in fantasy football and should put up some huge points. Muhammed has potential to be a great reciever, but that depends on the play of Grossman. Jennings is not such a great guy to have because you already have one GB receiver on your team and it's very unlikely that on any given week both will have a good game. Plus if Farve pulls a Grossman your screwed for that week.(don't get me wrong I love Grossman and Farve, but you get the idea)
RB- (C+)- Steven Jackson is insane and will be a great RB to have this coming year, however McAllister splitting time with Bush and Lynch not really having proving himself yet I think you need to look at a possible trade for another RB.
TE-(B) This is always the hardest position to tell who will be good and who won't be besides the obvious Gates. However, from what I've seen in the past your 2 Te's are very formidable.
K (A)-Great kicker to have is Vinatieri because he will have a chance at a lot of FG's with the colts offense always getting it in enemy terrioty and plenty of PAT's. Kasay is not as good, but has potential to be a solid fantasy kicker, really depends on how the Panthers offense is moving the ball.
DEF (A)- Chicago always has a great defense (regardless of Tank Johnson). Expect big things out of your Defense.
You definitely have a solid chance at winning. Don't know what the other teams look like, but you should be a top 3 or 4 team easily.

Put in deuce and use marshawn lynch as a backup rb. qb's are both excellent, te's are excellent, kickers are great and the bears defense is always in the top 3. the 1 thing i would worry about is having driver and jennings starting. thats 2 wr's from the same team. i might start muhammed instead of jennings and even look to the waiver wire for another wr.

Ehh.. 6 your first starter at each poition is very good but outside of chad jhonson at wr and Jackson at rb those positions really have nothing there. Plus you wasted 3 picks backing up your defense kicker and tightend you will eventually drop these three.

Very good. Your other RBs and WRs are going to need some help. Keep an eye on the waiver wire around week 5

i'll give it a 8 but work on your recievers a little bit mostly jennings and mushin and offer driver for lee evans or someone like that other than that it's pretty good although i'm not sure about the rb's all that much

8. But keep an eye on bear defense. They took some hits in the off season You hit it big with Carson Palmer. He is going to have a major break out year this year
