I am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 mnth old bub. I still have lower abdominal pain. Is that normal?

That is completely normal...even though its been 3 months your uterus is still contracting and getting itself back into shape! I had the same feeling for almost 6 months. If your doctor gave you the OK at your 6 week appointment you have nothing to worry about. Congrats on the little one and congrats on continuing the breastfeeding!

If youre breastfeeding it is quite normal to feel that youre uterus is contracting by feeling some abdominal pain.

It is absolutely normal, you may have pain until you stop breastfeeding so do not worry, enjoy this lovely moments with your baby because they will never come again ( with this baby maybe with the next one )

It's probably your uterus contracting back in shape you have cramp like feeling it does that when you breastfeed.
