What questions would you ask a former boyfriend/girlfriend before taking them back?

I would want a reason why he broke up with me ..

was it me? were you scared of commitment? were you looking for something better? do you think we belong together or are you on the rebound because you just broke up with somebody else?

Is this relationship that we are going to have - is it going to be just you and I or will there be more?

and... let him know... one screw up..and we are DONE! don't make him think he's playing all the cards - because you are now that he is the one that screwed up.

You can't go wrong with asking can you???
