My 95 Chevy S-10 is acting up. When going around 60 mph and warmed up the tach fluctuates, engine studders.?

After the vehicle gets to operating temp the tach fluctuates and the engine studders slightly. The vehicle almosts stalls at idle but doesn't. Also when the engine studders the dash lights have come on, as if I switched the ignition key off then on quickly and no throttle response for a second then back to it usual routine.----Things alredy checked on - Replaced VCM(Dealership), Checked Central multiport fuel injection unit and everything seemed fine, fuel regulator strainer was clean, new alternator, MAP sensor seemed fine, Intake Air Temp sensor seemed fine. Thanks for any advice.

Update:

Also replaced wires, plugs, distributor, and rotor.
