    Yep, my next door neighbor is a retired cop so every time I fart to loud theres like 3 cruisers at my house telling me that someone 3 streets away heard me and to keep it down.

    Yes...The people that moved downstairs from me would call the cops on us constantly when my youngest was learning to walk...he use to say we were pounding on the floor and disturbing his rest. HE WAS LEARNING TO WALK!!!

    yes. tell them wat you feel and tell the owner if you live in an apartment then they'll get scared and stop!.
