Good steak in Raleigh NC?
I have been told "the Barn" is good, and "1750 Prime" looks good, if not really expensive. J.K.'s is pretty close by too. I am looking for a good dry rub steak, something Bobby Flay would whip up (sorta spicy Tex Mex - ancho powder and all that). A $25 - $30+ price range for the steak is preferable. I am too cheap for a $50 marbled and aged Ribeye. I live near North Hills Mall, so I am convenient to most everything.
Thanx

Everyone I know is a big fan of Sullivan's down on Glenwood South. Give them a try.
Angus Barn is over-rated from what I've observed. I just don't get the popularity of that place.
Nana's Chophouse downtown on West Davie Street (at the corner of Commerce Place) is new but is getting more and more popular these days. Definitely a nice dining experience.
