The hubby snores, and I'm just used to it. I barely notice it anymore. I have this weird thing where if I fall asleep on my back I do it, but never when on my side or stomach. I'm a side sleeper, but I occasionally fall asleep on my back while channel surfing. When I do, my own snoring wakes me up within just a couple of minutes, then I turn off the tv and roll over, and like magic, no more snoring.

I snore only if I have a cold.
My husband snores and it has gotten worse through the years due to, weight gain and aging. Also if he drinks any kind of alcohol I can guarantee the chainsaw action.
There are times I can sleep through it - but most times not. Does it drive me crazy - of course, because I become sleep deprived and cranky.
I love him too much to let it come between us - so we take turns on those nights when his volume is on high to sleep on the couch. It's not the best - but it works.

I definitely snore. But only if I have a cold, or I haven't slept good in days and I just knock out.
You know it's REALLY bad, when your own snoring wakes you up!! HA HA! That has happened to me a few times.
It does bother me when I hear snoring around me. I live with my mom, and she also has snoring problems. Sometimes I have to get up to close her door because it's so bad. I definitely can't sleep through it. I used to share rooms with my sister when we were younger and I would throw a pillow or stuffed animal at her to get her to stop, so that I could finally go to sleep!

I don't snore (usually) but I do have a useless but in fact concerning snoring in men.
Well woman have a hormone (progesterone) that causes their tongues to stiffin up while they sleep therefore their nasal passages are unblocked, but after menopause this hormone decreases which may result in snoring. Men on the other hand have a much smaller amount of this hormone therefore they tend to snore more.
Interesting huh?

My husband always snores - some times are louder than others. I have learned to be able to sleep through it. But when he falls asleep while I'm watching TV I figured out I can lightly rub his forehead and he will either quit or lighten up.
