I had the same problem. My tonsils go taken out about 2 weeks ago and some stuff went wrong and I had to be on an I.V. for about a week. So, I can serioulsy say that all the water theat was going thru me cured it. (The water had a butt-load of potassium in it too). I'm not suggesting that you go out and have your tonsils removed, but I'm saying drink lots of water and eat pleny of bananas and apple. Not to mention, I dropped thirteen pounds because I couldn't really eat anything. Loseing weight and getting rid of your bumps, couldnt get much better, I wear shorts ALL THE TIME NOW!!! I love it. Maybe try a skin moisturizer too, I put on a neutrogena skin moisturizer every morning after I get out of the shower. OH, and when you go on vacation, be out in the sun as much as possible, all that vitiman D is good for you, your emotions, and most importantly....YOUR SKIN!!!! Good luck!

You could go to the doctor to see exactly what is up...
but the same thing happened to me before, actually it happens to me all the time. I have really sensitive skin and like when I use certain bar soaps I get an allergic reaction and I get red spots on my stomach and places all around my body. Since it's on your legs, it could be from your shaving cream. Buy a different shaving cream and try that out, and see if it helps. Good luck!

i think its because you probably shave too much. and when you don't shave the right way, THAT will be the result(bumps and roughness.) maybe if you shave with the right kind of razor and use some shaving cream, you will get rid of that skin(unless you have eczema or something...that'll be a whole different story.). and also, when you get done shaving, put on some after-shave and some lotion.
