What cards should I add or remove to make this yugioh deck good? (give tips also)?

This is actually already a good deck. The main issue I have is with the monster line-up. You have 3 of each Peten, Hydro and Jujitsu Master with only 4 tributes in the deck. That's too much defense on the low end of attackers. I would continue with the following:

-3 Peten The Dark Clown

+1 Cyber Dragon

+2 Mobius

-1 Granmarg

+1 Raiza, Thestalos, or Zaborg

-1 Tribute to the Doomed

+1 Smashing Ground

-1 Creature Swap

-1 Magic Jammer

+2 Brain Control

-1 Rush Reckless

-1 Creature Swap

+2 Shrink (to save your Jujitsus)

I really like Trap Jammer and Divine Wrath, but if you have a Torrential Tribute, Ring of Destruction or Mirror Force, then use 2 of those instead. There you go. My modifications would make it look a little like the same thing everyone else is using, but it works. Besides, if you're using Monarchs, then you are going to look like everyone else anyway. The only way to NOT look like everyone else is to come up with some crazy deck build like 6 Samurai-Monarch or something :) Just remember to playtest it everytime you make a modification.

It's a good deck but you need to replace::

-1x legendary jujitsu master

-1x lightning vortex

-1x tribute to the doomed

-1x divine wrath

-1x magic jammer

-1x trap jammer

and add these cards

+1 cyber dragon

+1 smashing ground

+1 brain control

+1 mystical space typhoon

+2 pulling the rug

+1 mirror force

none because you have a good deck with lots of strong cards and I am sure that you might need all of your cards even if you have to sacrifice one in a duel. Man, if you thought about getting rid of some of your cards, you forgot how much they would be worth if you sell them all. And you must be a pretty looser in the game of Yugioh because you even thought of getting rid of one of your cards. But you could've traded them instead.
