The rates are all different, the one thing I would recommend that you take into consideration is sometimes the calling cards have so many surcharges,re-fill fees,connection fees,rounding up minutes,service fees,taxes, and having to worry about expiration dates, sometimes you are better off (if you have a land-line) to speak with your phone company about their international rates and get a better deal that way.
