Poll - IDK?

Does "IDK" count as an answer?

I'm reading and anwsering questions here, and the ones that are answered with "IDK" are starting to annoy me.

    there are plenty of questions im sure they can answer, why choose to answer a question they dont have any idea about

    They shouldnt count as an answer it just shows some people are just trying to get points that dont mean anything anyhow
