I'm a rockets fan. They chose Aaron Brooks and carl Landry or whatever his name is but they needed a power forward. THey already have to many guards, so I'm not way to happy with this draft

Laker fan, yes good pick at number 20. Crittenton is more of a 3 guard (just my opinion) and can play wing in the triangle. Farmar is sound and unselfesh and that is what you need as the initiator in the triangle, but Crittenton can score from the point or wing with Kobe out of the game or work well as a option on the weakside with Kobe in the game. Just possiable that Crittenton could develp into a 20 ppg shooting guard by the time Kobe becomes a free agent. If Bynum is untouchable why draft another post player with your first pick, it is time to give Bynum big minutes and dump him if he cant handle it. Now sign a couple of free agents, starting with R. Lewis.

No, the Lakers did horrible this draft. They didn't need Javaris Crittenton. They already have a young point guard, Jordan Farmar.
They should have drafted Josh McRoberts to add some brains to their bronze on the post, and for some insurance in case a big trade goes down where the Lakers ship out half their post players.
Don't expect me to so much as mention their other two garbage picks.

Loved what the Sonics did. They traded an aging Allen who's coming off ankle problems for Jeff Green, and two additional players West and Wally. Jeff Green will be a dynamic partner to Kevin Durant for the next 10 years with this team. West will provide great backup to the point and shooting guard while Wally was a throw in for salary reason.
