Dodge RAMs?

I really like the look of the dodge RAM however there are a few varieties of them which either have a V10 or hemi V8 and other things, I was just curious which is the better one to choose and why and also what other add ons or things can you get for them, also can you customize them so that each driver of the ram can have a key fob each and make it adjust the seat, what music the person listens to etc ??

my dad used to own a 03 ram v8 standard, he loved it. He said it was good on gas and all that. Then recently he bought an 05 Dodge Ram Hemi, and When i drove it i can really feel the differnce in power. The hemi's are great, and like someone said, customizing is all in how much money you are willing to spend. Plus the hemi's come with that "four cylinder mode" (to a certain speed) to conserve gas.

    Hi

It really depends upon what you want to do. The V10 is a direct descendant of the V 10 Viper engine. This technology was migrated over to Dodge when Chrysler had control of Lambhroghini. If you're looking to make your truck fast,,,and I mean really fast, the V 10 is the way to go. Also with the V 10 you;ll have much more pulling power than the Hemi. The only downside will be the cost of parts when things start to break.

The best way to go for resale and performance is to get a 2500 or 3500 ram with the new 6.7L cummins diesel or the old 5.9 cummins if you want used. They will get you better fuel mileage, more power, faster, and diesel fuel is cheaper. Put an edge programmer on her and you will be good to go! A srt-10 is an awesome truck, but gas mileage does not allow for a daily driver (10-12 mpg city). On the key fob, i do not believe so. Good Luck!

I would say for resale the HEMI is the best choice.

get the 4x4 with the 20" rims too.

The possibilities of customizing it are up to your pocketbook. There are a whole mess of aftermarket parts for these trucks.
