Pet Permit + Pittbull =good or bad?
I was thinking shouldnt there be a permit to get a pitbull
Yes it would keep the dog safer from abusers
But i see to scenarios that might happen
One no one would want them b/c the cost of the liscense and the training the only ppl that would be willing to do this are someon who would make moey off the dog in fites
Or the all the pittbulls would be safer
Your thoughts on the subject i mean if everyone treated the dogs with care and love i wouldnt even have to bring up this sunject O and i would like more info on taking care of a pittbulls i am planning on getting one in a few years

I personally feel any law that targets one specific breed is bad. You have touched on a few good points yourself. However, I have issues with any law, dog-related or not, that interferes with our liberty and rights. Besides, are unethical people who are already breaking laws by using pits for fighting and such really going to say, "Oh! I better follow this law, even though I've been breaking all these others"? I sincerely doubt it. Like I said, you have some good thoughts, and I admire that you want to look out for the welfare of the breed, but I don't think more laws or permits will achieve anything for them. Just MHO.
